The Bachelorette
Tonight’s The Bachelorette is a bit of a Frankenstein’s monster: It’s part regular episode, and part abbreviated Men Tell All special. In the first half, Tayshia makes some sudden decisions about the remaining guys, and the men cope with the unexpected appearance of gift-giving Harvard snob Bennett. The MTA, meanwhile, features the standard rehashing of old grudges, while Yosef — remember him? — returns to defend his treatment of “the oldest Bachelorette ever,” Clare. —Kristen Baldwin

HOW/WHEN & WHERE TO WATCH: Streaming on Netflix
Series DebutBallet! Sex! (Possible) murder! Lace up your pointe shoes and buckle in for a wild ride because Netflix’s new dance drama will leave your head spinning — and not in a pretty pirouette way. Set at an elite Chicago ballet academy, the story — adapted from the novel by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton — kicks off with one of the student’s being pushed off the roof of the building. What ensues is part whodunit murder mystery, part ridiculous sex romp mixed with some dancing in between as the remaining students vie to replace the prima ballerina. Among them is precocious Bette (Casimere Jollette), who will literally do anything to her unsuspecting classmates to land the lead role, and newcomer Neveah (Kylie Jefferson) who’s determination to change her life drives her to succeed in the dance world. Who will jeté their way to the top and how much destruction will they leave in their wake? You’re just 10 hours of Netflix binging away from knowing. —Ruth Kinane
